Body Metrics

  • Morning Weight: 100.70kg

Nutrition

  • Breakfast: Oatmeal, a cup of yogurt, and a handful of blueberries.
  • Lunch: Shaxian Delicacies - Chicken Leg Rice.
  • Afternoon: Americano from Cotti Coffee
  • Dinner: A bowl of Ramen served with two eggs and a chicken drumstick.
  • Evening: Milk and Blueberries

Workout

  • Seated Cable Row: 12 reps x 4 sets
  • Lat Pulldown: 12 reps x 4 sets
  • Dumbbell Bicep Curl: 12 reps x 4 sets
  • Barbell Bicep Curl: 12 reps x 4 sets
