Overall, this work sims to develop a new approach for the RoPE-based attention, which is used widely nowadays foundation models. As an improved algorithm for it, there are no empirical verifications from efficiency comparison, performance demonstrations and real-world applications. Therefore, the practicability of the proposed algorithm is doubtful, which makes the confidence and reliability of the submission discounted.

The goal of our paper is to continue therecent line of work on determining theretically whether fast algorithm are possible for attention.
